These terms cover your use of Rotiplate, the workspace, and its plugins.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or an organization ("you", "your"), and Rotiplate B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under CoC number 42103064, VAT number NL869743338B01, with its registered address at Wassenaarstraat 18, 1324VG Almere ("Rotiplate", "we", "us", "our").
By creating a workspace, accessing https://rotiplate.app/, or using any part of the Rotiplate service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Rotiplate is a modular task management workspace. Every workspace includes Projects, our task-tracking plugin, which is active by default and cannot be switched off. You may additionally enable optional plugins — currently Documents, Calendar, Manuals, Todos, and Payments — individually, and disable any of them at any time. The set of available plugins, their features, and their pricing may change as the Service evolves; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.
To use the Service you need to create an account and, typically, a workspace that your team works from. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info[at]rotiplate.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Projects is included in the base price of every workspace. Each optional plugin you switch on adds its own price to your subscription, billed on the same cycle as your workspace. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Switching a plugin on takes effect immediately in the product; the corresponding charge applies from your next billing cycle. Switching a plugin off stops future charges for that plugin from the next billing cycle onward — we don't prorate mid-cycle changes.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to:
We may suspend access for a workspace that we reasonably believe violates this section, following the process described under Suspension & termination below.
Anything you create in your workspace — tasks, documents, calendar entries, manuals, todos, invoices — remains yours. We don't claim ownership over it. We process it only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for the content you and your team put into the workspace, and for having the right to store and process it there. If you export your data or close your account, we'll retain it only as long as described in the Privacy Policy before deleting it.
The Rotiplate software, branding, plugin architecture, and website content are owned by Rotiplate B.V. or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes — nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, and we may modify, add to, or remove features of the Service over time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a plugin you're actively paying for, we'll give reasonable notice where practical.
You may cancel your workspace at any time from your account settings, or by contacting info[at]rotiplate.com. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid — see the Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with notice where reasonably possible, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we're required to do so by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotiplate B.V. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rotiplate B.V. harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also retain any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You're also welcome to raise a complaint with us directly first, at info[at]rotiplate.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as the Service or applicable law changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active customers. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info[at]rotiplate.com, or by post to Rotiplate B.V., Wassenaarstraat 18, 1324VG Almere, the Netherlands.
